How Quickly Can TimeScene be Implemented?

It can be used immediately! Our training sandbox will help guide new users through the platform and provide, in a matter of hours, an operational familiarity with the program. Our team is available to provide in-person training, as well as provide refresher training and post-launch as needed.

TimeScene is an effective, yet simple tool designed by former ATF investigators to assist with a variety of investigations. Their goal was to develop, implement, and perfect investigative workflows in order to more quickly get to the right answers. TimeScene makes the work of
analytical timelines easy by providing user-friendly and intuitive dashboards, a mobile platform, and an ability to collaborate with others involved in the investigation. TimeScene is easy to adopt for users at any skill level or background.

TimeScene includes a robust GraphQL-based API and supports integrations with OSINT tools, data analytics platforms, HR systems, and regulatory databases. Custom integrations can be explored with support from our team.

Your data is stored in secure, U.S.-based AWS regions, with deployment to AWS GovCloud (U.S.) for additional oversight and security.

Your organization retains full ownership of all case files, documents, reports, and metadata uploaded into TimeScene. TimeScene is the custodian, not the owner.

Yes! TimeScene offers technical support via email 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Technical support covers troubleshooting, configuration, and workflow questions and Enterprise level support is available for organizations that require it. Customized technical support can be provided for an additional subscription.
